1. About these terms

This website is owned and operated by Sunanda Entertainment Limited, CIN U74110DL1995PLC072468, registered office B-101, First Floor, R G City Center, Plot No. 4, D. B. Gupta Road, Motia Khan, Pahar Ganj, New Delhi, Delhi, India – 110055. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and do not require a physical signature. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the site.

2. Who may use the site

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you use the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

3. Permitted use

The site is provided for information about our services and for submitting genuine business enquiries. You agree not to:

• infringe any intellectual property or other rights of ours or of third parties.

We may remove content and restrict access where we reasonably believe these terms or applicable law have been breached.

4. Enquiries are not a contract

Submitting an enquiry, and our reply to it, does not create a binding engagement. Any services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement, proposal or purchase order that sets out scope, fees, timelines and deliverables. Prices, capabilities and indicative timelines shown on this site are illustrative and may change.

All content on this site — text, layout, graphics, illustrations, logos and the compilation of that content — is owned by or licensed to Sunanda Entertainment Limited and protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. You may view and print pages for your own internal business use. Any other reproduction, adaptation, distribution or commercial use requires our prior written permission.

Client names, brands and campaign material referred to on this site remain the property of their respective owners and are shown for identification purposes only.

Complaints about content or use of this site may be sent to our Grievance Officer, whose details appear on the Grievance Redressal page, as required by the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts and tribunals at New Delhi, Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them.
