2. What to include

  • the outcome you are seeking, and any supporting documents or screenshots;
  • a statement that the information you provide is true and correct.

3. Timelines

  • We acknowledge every grievance within 24 hours of receipt.
  • We resolve grievances within 15 days, as required by the IT Rules, 2021.
  • Requests to remove content that is unlawful under Rule 3(2)(b) — such as content exposing a private area, or depicting nudity or impersonation — are actioned within 24 hours.
  • Data protection requests under the DPDP Act are answered within 30 days.

4. If you are not satisfied

If your grievance is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate it to partners@sunandaent.in for review by our management. For personal data matters you may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India, and for consumer matters to the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission or the National Consumer Helpline. Nothing here limits your statutory rights under Indian law.
