Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for services engaged with us. It is published in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

Last updated: 11 September 2026 · Applicable law: laws of India

1. Scope

No products or services are sold or paid for directly on this website. Engagements begin with a written proposal, agreement or purchase order, and the commercial terms in that document take precedence over this page where they differ.

2. Cancellation by the client

  • Before work starts: a confirmed engagement may be cancelled in writing before we begin work or commit third-party inventory, with no cancellation charge beyond any advance already spent on your behalf.
  • After work starts: fees for work completed, work in progress and non-recoverable commitments already made — media bookings, printing, production slots, venue and vendor advances, artist or talent fees — remain payable.
  • Retainers: unless the agreement says otherwise, a retainer may be ended with 30 days' written notice; fees for the notice period remain due.

3. Non-refundable items

Amounts already paid to media owners, printers, production houses, venues, platforms, artists or other third parties are generally non-refundable once booked or aired, as are bespoke creative and production costs already incurred. Government taxes and statutory levies are non-refundable.

4. Refunds we do make

Where we have collected an advance and the corresponding work has not been performed and no third-party commitment has been made, the unutilised balance is refunded. Approved refunds are processed within 14 working days to the original payment method or bank account of the paying entity. We do not refund to third parties.

5. Service concerns and rework

If a deliverable does not match the approved brief, tell us in writing within 7 days of delivery. Our first remedy is correction or rework at no additional fee. Changes to the brief, additional rounds beyond those agreed, and revisions after your written approval are treated as new scope and quoted separately.

6. Cancellation by us

We may end an engagement where payment is overdue, where instructions would breach law or platform policy, or where circumstances beyond reasonable control (including force majeure) prevent delivery. In that case you pay for work delivered and committed to date and we refund any unutilised balance.

7. How to raise a request

Send cancellation and refund requests from your registered email to partners@sunandaent.in, quoting the invoice or agreement reference. Unresolved matters can be escalated through our Grievance Redressal process. Disputes are subject to the laws of India and the courts at New Delhi, Delhi, India.
