2. Personal data we collect
- Enquiry details you give us: name, company or brand name, email address, phone number, type of collaboration, indicative budget range and the message you write.
- Record of consent: the fact that you ticked the consent box, and the date and time of submission.
- Technical data: limited information your browser sends automatically, such as IP address, device and browser type, and pages viewed, used for security and aggregate analytics.
We do not ask for financial information, government identifiers, health data, biometric data or any other sensitive personal data through this website. Please do not include such information in your message.
3. Why we process your data and on what basis
- To respond to your enquiry and evaluate a possible business relationship — processed on the basis of the consent you give when submitting the form.
- To carry out an agreed engagement if we go on to work together — for the performance of that engagement.
- To keep our website secure and prevent spam or misuse — for our legitimate business and legal obligations.
- To comply with law, including tax, corporate and record-keeping requirements in India.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use enquiry data for unrelated marketing without asking you first.
4. Who we share data with
Access inside our organisation is limited to the personnel who need it to answer your enquiry. We may share personal data with:
- service providers who host our website, store data and deliver our email, under confidentiality and data protection obligations;
- professional advisers such as auditors and lawyers, where necessary;
- government, regulatory or law-enforcement authorities where required by Indian law or valid legal process.
Some of these providers may process or store data on servers located outside India. Where that happens, we take reasonable contractual and technical steps to keep the protection consistent with this policy and applicable Indian law.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, unless a longer period is required for an ongoing engagement, legal or accounting obligation, or the defence of a legal claim. After that, records are deleted or anonymised.
6. Security
We follow reasonable security practices and procedures as required under Section 43A of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the 2011 Rules, including access controls, encrypted transmission, restricted administrative access and periodic review. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights as a Data Principal
Under the DPDP Act you may:
- ask for confirmation of, and access to, a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we process it;
- ask us to correct, complete or update inaccurate or incomplete data;
- ask us to erase your personal data where we no longer need it for the purpose it was collected and no law requires us to keep it;
- withdraw your consent at any time, with effect going forward;
- nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity;
